Reading

I love to read more than almost everything else that I like to do. Books have been one of the few constants in my life and I cherish each story with a passion that is sometimes ill advised. I fall into books and become consumed by the ones that I really connect with. I am sometimes so depressed when I finish one I love, my husband shakes his head in wonder that I keep reading anything at all.

  1. Prodigal Summer was a great read (from what I remember, I read it a number of years ago). Running With Scissors is one of my favorite books, but I love Augusten Burroughs so I might be a tad biased. The Girls Guide to Hunting and Fishing is a quick read..

  2. I love that you have a list like this! It’s so inspiring and also helpful since one thing I want to do in 2010 is to get back to reading more and you have so many good books listed that I’ve been meaning to read!
